HSS Systems software has been designed to making billing accurate and easy. The National Provider Index (NPI) can be stored and submitted in the appropriate data elements in the 837 billing file. The following billing formats can be produced.

The HIPAA 835 electronic remittance advice can also be printed and processed which reduces the time for entering payments into the system. HSS Systems has also been approved by PA Medical Assitance for the HIPAA compliant 270/271 transactions which are the Eligibility Inquiry and Response.
