Assessments

Customized Assessments can be developed and used to capture client responses. Components for the assessments can be created as text responses, date responses, or range responses that can allow multiple responses or only one. Reports can be run comparing responses to various components of the assessment to develop clinical pathways for treatment.
The assessments can be electronically signed so they can be printed at any time along with the signatures.
