Fund Tracking

Available funds can be tracked by fiscal year. The amount available is entered, and as provider contracts are created, the funds allocated to the contract are tracked by fund to allow the user to see how much of the fund has been allocated across all contracts. As claims are processed and paid, this is also tracked by fund to see the amount actually used.

We have recently worked with one county to create a file that can be imported into Pennsylvania's MH/MR/EI Expenditure software so they can report the MH18, MR18, and EI18 without rekeying the data.
