Service Plans

Service Plans can be created based on user defined components and includes multiple diagnostic codes and rule out diagnositic codes. As components to the Service Plan are added, an additional text box is provided so the user can customize the plan to the specific client.
As updates are made to the plan, a new version is created and old versions are maintained but cannot be changed.
Multiple signatures can be captured electronically using a signature pad and will print when the Service Plan is printed.
