There are only a few installations of the new release
of our software remaining. As we would do the training
for the release, we would get suggestions on additions
that we would sometimes add when we returned. The
software is written for the users, so any suggestions
are welcome.
At the County level, we have been successful at one of
our county customers in pulling information from our
system and loading it into the Pennsylvania 18
Reporting software. We have also finished work on the
software to report POMS Encounters in the 837 format.
This needs to run through the testing process with the
state before it is finalized.
Currently, we are working on a Web Browser version of
the Client Registration applications. We hope to have
it working before summer so we can install it for
testing at one or two user sites. The Web version
will have all the functionality of current software
but with some nice additions.
We are considering another User Group Meeting this fall
where we would like to show everyone the Browser version
of the software as well as some training sessions and
a Q&A session. We will send out announcements as we
finalize the arrangements.
